Service Desk Analysts/Customer Support

Were on the lookout for talented Service Desk Technician Japanese speaker to join the team. Supporting Australias largest domestic and international airline customer. Troubleshooting & investigating IT-related issues over the phone
Deliver a high-level of proactive and cooperative customer service
Log & resolve IT tickets and escalating to cross-functional teams as required
Collaborating with other vendors and service providers
Sharing lessons learned and process improvements with your team.
Proficiency in both written and verbal English & Japanese with conversational fluency highly preferred
Clear communication and good customer service skills
Prior experience in a phone based and/or dynamic customer service environment is highly desirable
Ability to obtain a National Police Check & ASIC Security check as part of our onboarding process
Ability to join a rotating 24/7 shift roster including day night and weekend in a team rotation.
