Complex Care Worker
Our clients are seeking healthcare professionals with a passion for making a difference in the lives of those who have experienced trauma, faced complex medical diagnoses, or require support in their personal development. Our clients are remarkable individuals seeking care from professionals with a wide range of expertise. Ensuring client safety while participating in community and home based activities.
Engaging the client in functional activities in community and home based activities.
Other care tasks include: organization, meal preparation, transportation, emotional support, hygiene care/support, and other daily tasks.
Care is tailored to each person, so each position is unique. Some clients need mainly in-home support. Others require support participating in community activities. Whatever the circumstances, we want people who will genuinely care about their wellbeing.
Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
Smartphone with a data plan
Assets:

University and/or College education in a related field
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training (NVCI)
12-5 Mon-Fri (May be flexible)
Caregiver has full autonomy in organizing and managing their schedule and availability based on client matches.
