Senior Tax Manager – Public Accounting (Hybrid, Full-Time, Permanent)
Our client, a well-established and growing public accounting firm, is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to lead their tax practice and support the firm’s continued success. As a Senior Tax Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of complex tax engagements and act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. Lead complex corporate reorganizations, estate planning, and business succession strategies
- Manage and review high-level corporate, personal, and trust tax files
- Oversee tax research projects and ensure technical excellence across all engagements
- Mentor and coach tax managers, seniors, and staff on technical and leadership skills
- CPA designation with completion of CPA In-Depth Tax Program (Level 3 preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax
- Proven experience managing complex tax engagements and leading teams
- Desire to grow into a Partner-track or senior leadership role
