Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis & Treasury

On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to lead financial operations across Canada and the U.This role will oversee all core finance functions, drive scalable systems and controls, and serve as a key partner in growth, compliance, and investor engagement.

Overseeing all finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions across Canada and the U.Designing and implementing scalable financial systems, processes, and controls that meet both Canadian and U.Managing cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to support growth and operational needs.

• Leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including scenario modeling and risk management.
• S. tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel in both Canada and the U.Building and mentoring a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Strong background in corporate finance, accounting, and FP&A.

• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• S. financial reporting, tax, and compliance.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or gaming/technology industries is a strong asset.
• ERP/accounting system implementation experience.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred.
