Primary responsibilities:
First point of contact for all visitors - direct such individuals to appropriate personnel.
Handle telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
Sorting and processing incoming mail and other materials as needed.
Provide administrative support including but not limited to filing, photocopying, ordering of supplies, basic client services, appointment scheduling, etc.
Assist with other duties related to special projects and events.
Assist client process loan applications.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in an Administrative Support Role, specifically in the Insurance and Banking Industry will be considered as an asset.
- Advanced Computer Skills with proficient knowledge in utilizing full Microsoft Office Suites Software.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin/Cantonese fluency is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills, strives in a Team-oriented Environment.
- Strong work ethics, integrity and the ability to be discreet with confidential information. References will be asked during the final stages of the hiring process.
