Lead Mobile App Backend Developer

We are looking for a Backend Engineer who is curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented to join our Engineering team . The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to build scalable backend services, contribute to architectural improvements, and support high-performing production systems .

Strong backend development skills in Go (or a similar language) and a solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems are essential, along with experience in working with containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes . The ability to analyze system behavior, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve service reliability and performance will be key to your success in this role.

Contribute to architecture decisions that improve performance, resiliency, and maintainability.

Own your code in production, monitor, debug, and continuously improve service performance and reliability.

Write automated tests and follow CI/CD best practices to ensure high-quality deployments.

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Support on-call rotation alongside senior team members to help maintain production systems.

3+ years of backend development experience in Go or a similar language.

• Understanding of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Background in gaming, payments, or commerce systems.

Experience with Redis or other in-memory data stores.

AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Familiarity with ClickHouse, Postgres, or other analytical/OLAP/OLTP databases.

Prior experience working on internal platforms or developer-facing tools.
