Front Desk Receptionist
Answer and manage multiple phone lines efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth client flow
Previous experience as a receptionist in dental or optometrist offices
Familiarity with medical environments and private business operations
Strong customer service skills with a professional and sophisticated approach
Excellent phone etiquette and appointment booking experience
Ability to multi-task and handle a busy reception area
Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software and office equipment
Competitive salary and performance bonuses
Job Types: Part-time, Commission, Permanent
