In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will utilize your communication skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services. A strong focus on customer satisfaction is essential as you engage with clients both over the phone and through various digital channels.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with customers in English.
Utilize phone etiquette to maintain a professional demeanour during all customer interactions.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure customer information is up-to-date.
Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services, including upselling when suitable.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly valued, enhancing your ability to serve a diverse clientele.
Familiarity with data entry processes and basic analytical skills will aid in efficiently managing customer information.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.40-$17.85 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
