We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join a prominent non-profit organization in Victoria for a one-month temporary assignment.

We require an immediate contributor to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and support our team's hiring initiatives. Our client is a dedicated society that provides essential housing, health, and support services to the local community. Support a prominent non-profit providing vital community services in Victoria

• Start immediately to support a critical community need
• Work with a passionate and collaborative HR team
• Accessible office location in the heart of Victoria, BC

Manage full-cycle recruitment for frontline and admin roles

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Update and maintain the ATS for accuracy
• 1-2 years of recruitment or HR coordination experience
• HR degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS software
• Interest or experience in the social services sector
