The QC Raw Material Inspector is responsible for the ongoing inspection of raw materials at all stages of the manufacturing process to ensure that Canada Goose quality standards are met. This role follows performance standards and procedures to meet QA department and business requirements. Inspect raw materials throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
Apply industry inspection standards including the 4-point system.
Utilize general computer skills to document and report findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Adapt to a manufacturing and warehouse environment including working around forklift traffic.
Lift materials up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Knowledge of garment construction and inspection standards.
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
