Insurance Producer - Personal, Commercial & Farm (Asset)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Our client is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Insurance Producer to join their team in the Stratford region. This role is ideal for a sales-focused insurance professional with experience in both Personal and Commercial Lines. Farm insurance experience is considered a strong asset. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a profitable book of business through lead generation, pipeline development, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
Prospect, generate, and manage leads to build a sustainable new business pipeline.
Sell and service Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance products; farm insurance experience is an asset, but not required.
Bind coverage, manage renewals, and support clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
Attend in-office meetings on an occasional basis, along with on-the-road client visits and industry engagements.
Minimum of 2 years of insurance sales experience within a brokerage environment.
Experience with both Personal and Commercial Lines; farm insurance is an asset.
Demonstrated ability to accumulate leads, prospect effectively, and build a robust sales pipeline.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
Must be able to attend the office occasionally and participate in on-the-road meetings; Supportive environment with long-term growth potential
