Accounting Supervisor (Full Time)

Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities:- Manage financial transactions and records for the organization- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements- Conduct general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial data- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records of financial transactions- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts- Perform balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support- Prepare regulatory reports in compliance with applicable laws and regulations- Utilize accounting software, such as Condo Manager, to record and track financial data
Experience:
-Condo Manager Experience- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles- Must have previous experience in Strata Accounting working for a Property Management Company- Proficient in financial report writing and analysis- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and variances in financial data- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements- Familiarity with accounting software, such as Condo Manager, or similar platforms
