As Director of Consulting Services (DCS), you’ll lead the growth of CGI’s presence across Atlantic Metro and Nova Scotia, building trusted relationships with senior public and private sector leaders.

You’ll help clients modernize, transform, and grow through technology, from cloud and AI to enterprise modernization and digital experience, while leading a high-performing consulting team that shares your passion for delivering measurable outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for key client accounts.

• Partner with C-suite and executive leaders to translate strategy into action through technology and consulting engagements.

Shape and lead proposals, client presentations, and contract negotiations.

• Oversee delivery of large, complex consulting and technology programs.
• Partner with project leaders and delivery teams to ensure engagements are on time, within scope, and achieving measurable impact.
• Proactively manage client expectations and address delivery issues to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Ensure engagements meet contractual, regulatory, and security standards.
• Guide clients through governance, operating model, and risk-mitigation strategies that build long-term resilience.

Mentor future leaders, support career growth, and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and performance.

• Build team cohesion through shared success, coaching, and client impact stories.

10+ years in IT consulting, including 5+ in a leadership capacity.

• A proven track record of building client trust, growing accounts, and delivering impactful solutions.
• A strong network within Nova Scotia’s public and private sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and experience managing full sales lifecycles.
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in management consulting, project delivery, or technology strategy (AI, data, digital) considered an asset.
• Willingness to travel within Atlantic Canada (approx. We benefit from our collective success and actively shape our company’s strategy and direction.
