Data and Performance Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy and Transformation, the Senior Manager, Data and Systems Performance will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s data governance and digital transformation journey. This position is responsible for driving enterprise-wide data quality, optimizing system performance, and partnering with technology teams to enable seamless data flows.

Implement, improve and animate data control & governance

Drive enterprise data enhancement

Partner with IS-IT on new systems/technology to ensure proper data flows

Contribute to Enterprise digital transformation roadmap

Contribute to data & analytics transformational projects portfolio in conjunction with IT Sr Product owner

Bachelor and/or master’s degree in data/computer science, business analytics, or related field

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Data & Technology

Data management and Business intelligence expertise (Power BI, ERP, …)

Microsoft office suite inclusive of Visio
