Business Development Manager
Remote (Southern Ontario) | Travel to key customers.
Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 Base + Commission
An established and growing Canadian organization is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join its Corporate Sales team.
This is a high-impact role focused on new business growth, market expansion, and revenue generation within an assigned territory.
If you enjoy prospecting, uncovering opportunities, and closing new business — while working in a supportive, performance-driven environment — this could be an excellent next step.
The Opportunity You will take ownership of a defined territory with a mandate to grow market share by developing new client relationships and expanding opportunities within target organizations.
This role is ideal for a proactive, self-directed sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building value-based relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your territory
Engage decision-makers through virtual, phone, and in-person meetings
Identify customer challenges and position tailored solutions
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
Drive new customer acquisition and maximize early-stage account growth
Collaborate cross-functionally to support long-term client success
What You Bring
Post-secondary education (Business or related field preferred)
Proven success in business development or territory sales
Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand customer needs and deliver solution-based value
Self-starter mindset with strong time management
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Track record of meeting or exceeding targets
