Administrative Coordinator Corner Brook in Newfoundland

Do you perhaps come from the transportation industry or would be interested in learning more about it? We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to work for a National transportation company. In this role you will be responsible for daily communication with the drivers, customers and internal departments. You will also be responsible for data entry into their internal system and extracting various reports to ensure accurate invoicing. Salary: Hourly wage of $18

Schedule: Monday - Friday; Contract: Ongoing contract with possibility of permanency

Location: Parking onsite, 5 days/week at the office, Newfoundland - Corner Brook

Audit rates to ensure billing is accurately invoiced

• Collaborate with internal departments, drivers and customers providing outstanding customer service
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administration position
• Experience within the transport industry would be considered an asset
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer skills – MS products and to ability to learn new software's with ease
• Truckmate software knowledge is an asset
• Demonstrated customer relationship skills
