Randstad Canada is partnering with one of the company in Winnipeg and their are looking for a talented and fully bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative.

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Fulfill the transactional needs of the customers while supporting company sales force
- Ensure compliance and adherence to the company policies and procedures
- Assist with administration and operations duties
- Strong relationship building skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
