Reporting to the General Manager, the Kitchen Manager will be responsible to sustain brand image and drive sales by creating a memorable dining experience for guests.
General Kitchen Duties
- Exceed guest expectations by providing a quality dining experience
- Provide assistance for daily operations where needed i.e. cook, serve, clean etc.
Work in coordination with the General Manager to promote and maintain franchise/brand expectations
- Conduct kitchen inventory checks and work with suppliers as needed to cost effectively and efficiently replenish/manage ordering process
- Change management & commitment to continuous learning of processes, technologies etc.
Staff Management
- Assist in recruitment and performance management
- Training and development
- Work with General Manager for labour control, budgets and scheduling
Food Handlers Certification
- Handling/storing food and supplies with care and in compliance with health standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in compliance with health & safety guidelines
Full-time
Weekends as needed
