Production Supervisor - Fulltime-Permanent

A leading Skilled Trades organization in the Toronto area is offering a full-time, permanent Production Supervisor opportunity. In this Production Supervisor role, you will be crucial in managing daily production operations to meet organizational metrics for safety, quality, and output in a manufacturing setting. Shift: 4pm to 12am

Provide effective mentorship, coaching, and direction to the production team to achieve daily goals.

• Implement established organizational policies and procedures, providing thoughtful recommendations for updates as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and Product Development to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory and staffing levels to proactively meet production demands and schedules.
• Act as a key leader in overseeing the daily functions of the production area to meet all safety, quality, and output requirements as a Production Supervisor.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a related manufacturing process environment.

• Strong working knowledge of production processes, principles, and concepts within a Skilled Trades setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Teams, and Outlook.
• Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with a solid mechanical aptitude and problem analysis skills.
