BE Power Equipment is a leading manufacturer of hot and cold-water pressure washers, generators and water pumps serving industrial markets in over 30 countries. Our third generation, family-owned business is focused on designing quality products and delivering exceptional service.
You have a high level of expertise and like to manage multiple priorities. Manage human resource activities across the employment lifecycle (Attraction, Recruiting, Onboarding, Development, Retention, Offboarding).
Maintain knowledge of current developments in HR area of expertise.
Develop and deliver employee training programs.
Recommend and communicate organizational policy changes.
Advise on legal and regulatory compliance matters.
Analyze data to inform personnel decisions.
Degree in Human Resources or Business, with minimum of three to five years in Human Resources.
Experience as a Human Resources Manager/Business Partner in a multiple Manufacturing or Distribution Center business unit environment.
A strong understanding of HR data and metrics.
Strong computer skills including MS Office, HRIS (Payworks, Workable, Bamboo).
