Contribuer à la réussite des rayons de l’impression et des services en vous appuyant sur notre modèle de vente et en apprenant tous les produits et services que nous offrons à notre clientèle pour proposer des recommandations éclairées.
Collaborer avec les responsables du magasin pour établir et atteindre les objectifs de vente et de marge.
Interagir et vendre à tous nos clients en offrant des produits et des services personnalisés à l’aide de tous les outils et de toutes les techniques disponibles dans notre modèle de vente pour anticiper et répondre aux besoins futurs des clients.
Traiter les transactions à l’aide du système de point de vente (PDV), y compris les transactions d’expédition et les outils de marketing pour convertir les clients.
Respecter les étapes requises pour la prise en charge ou le ramassage des commandes des clients des services d’impression, y compris le tri des commandes du tableau de bord d’impression, par téléphone ou au comptoir.
Assurer un contrôle précis des stocks en suivant les protocoles de l’entreprise.
Apprendre et maintenir toutes les normes nécessaires dans les zones d’impression et des services, en s’assurant que toutes les listes de contrôle, les vérifications et les exigences de la marque soient respectées.
De 3 mois à 1 an d’expérience en vente au détail (de préférence).
