Human Resources Manager
Location: Halifax, NS
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and HR inquiries
Support payroll processes and manage benefits administration
Develop and implement HR policies in line with Canadian legislation
Adapt UK HR policies to Canadian legislation
Support recruitment and build partnerships with colleges and universities
Drive performance management, succession planning, and retention initiatives
Lead employee engagement surveys and support DE&I initiatives
Strong knowledge of Canadian labour laws and HR practices
Experience with HR policy development and implementation
Exposure to payroll support and benefits administration
Experience in learning & development program design and delivery

The Human Resources team:
You’ll join a collaborative, international HR team working across Canada and the UK, partnering closely with the Canada Inc. HR Manager, UK HR colleagues, and program leadership teams. In this role, you’ll act as a key advisor on Canadian HR practices, helping align global initiatives with local legislation while supporting performance, engagement, and development across the business.
