Marketing Strategy Manager
Pixel Army is seeking a Marketing Strategy Manager for our design studio based in Edmonton, AB, to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships while overseeing the strategic execution of marketing initiatives. Acting as the bridge between our clients and internal marketing team members, you will ensure that goals and objectives are properly defined, communicated, and executed. You will work closely with Digital Strategists, SEO specialists, PPC managers, social media specialists, and copywriters to drive results across multiple channels.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in marketing strategy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. You should possess exceptional communication abilities and an eye for detail, ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed effectively and optimized for success.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic consultation.
Understand clients' marketing objectives and work with the marketing team to develop tailored digital marketing strategies.
Oversee the execution of marketing services, including SEO, Digital Advertising, Social Media Management, and Copywriting.
Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Looker Studio and provide clients with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, discuss performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and service offerings.
Strong verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to explain marketing concepts clearly to clients.
A proactive approach to relationship-building and problem-solving.
A passion for digital marketing, staying on top of trends within the industry.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet changing deadlines.
A team-oriented mindset, collaborating closely with strategists and account managers to enhance our processes and strategies.
General knowledge of website platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and social media management.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and drive data-informed decision-making.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 1-3+ years of experience in a marketing strategy or account management role, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, GMB, and Social Management platforms.
• Experience using project management tools for organizing and tracking work progress.
• High level of personal initiative, accountability, and follow-through.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

This is a full-time, salaried position, currently working in-office. We offer a compensation package that includes a competitive salary ($50,000 - $70,000 /yr), a benefits package, vacation & flexible personal time, and adjustable start & end times to your workday.
