Shift/Hours or Hybrid Environment – On-site - Tues to Sat 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
The full base salary range for this position is from $79,200 - $105,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.
Reporting to the Lead Supervisor, the Supervisor, Warehouse is on the warehouse floor to lead their team and ensure the products are properly received, stored, and shipped. To succeed in this position, the supervisor must be capable of planning the workload, motivating their team, and offering great customer service.
Supervise a team of 40+ unionized warehouse employees, while respecting budgetary constraints
Maintain a safe work environment to enforce health and safety policies and regulations in the workplace
Coach, lead and mentor all warehouse employees
Oversee the storage of, and the shipping and receiving of goods
Develop and apply control methods to maintain a high level of labour efficiency
Take part in any other related projects or tasks
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Experience and/or education in a related field preferred.

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a unionized storage or distribution environment.
• Ability to provide guidance, motivation, and training for development of the team.
• Familiar with Office and SAP computer tools.
