Production Operator temp

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Production Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team in East Winnipeg for a temporary position. In this role, you will be responsible for operating packing line equipment, handling bulk raw ingredients, and ensuring the high-quality packaging of our natural food products.

The ideal candidate has an outstanding attitude, takes pride in their work, possesses a strong commitment to food safety standards, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Monday to Friday

• Afternoon shift; Paid weekly via direct deposit
• "Self-served" opportunities for temporary work through our Randstad App
• Very limited public transit access; requires a 20-minute walk from the nearest bus stop.
• Brand new facility

Work efficiently on the production line to package, label, and prepare food products for distribution.

• Supply raw materials to production machinery and safely stack or move finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with facility standards.
• Visually inspect products and packaging to ensure they meet strict quality guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks and work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Comfortably perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching throughout your shift.
• Standing and walking for extended periods on the production floor.

Having your own car/reliable vehicle is preferred to ensure timely attendance.

• Reliable, punctual, bring positive energy, and work well with others.
• 6+ months of prior warehouse or production work experience is an asset
• Previous experience with food safety protocols, HACCP, or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is considered a strong asset.
• Ability to comfortably perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on the production floor.
