Amrize Canada is looking for an experienced Tandem Dump Truck Driver to join the team. You will drive a truck equipped with a dump body and transfer trailer to transport and dump loose materials, such as sand, gravel, crushed rock, coal, or bituminous paving materials. Haul and deliver materials to and from specified vendors and job sites including loading and unloading in designated areas.

Communicates with load and unload areas, hauls materials safely to designated areas and maintains safe speed and observes all haulage.
Performs walk-around pre-trip safety inspections. Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers serviced.
Required to understand general knowledge intermediate computer skills
Communicates and promotes safety, compliance and environmental requirements in alignment with Company standards
May require considerable physical activity, must be capable of heavy lifting, bending and twisting
Continuously communicating with plant operators, truckers, quality control and dispatch
Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.

Education : High School Diploma

Field of Study Preferred: Required Work Experience: Not required but preferred

Required Training/Certifications: Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required

Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience hauling construction materials.
Heavy machinery / equipment experience
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE).
