Commercial Construction Project Manager

About the Role
REAL-R is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a reputable interior commercial construction firm specializing in tenant improvement (TI) projects. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders while delivering exceptional results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage 5-8 concurrent tenant improvement projects, typically ranging from $50K to $250K in value
Lead all phases of project delivery, from initiation and planning through execution and closeout, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards
~ Coordinate and communicate effectively with site supervisors, clients, employees, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Projects and other MS Office tools
Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance among staff and trades

• Manage procurement of materials, negotiate contracts, and oversee subcontractor performance
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and resolve issues proactively
• Prepare and present project status reports and documentation for internal and client review
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment across all project sites

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial construction, with a focus on tenant improvement projects
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously (5-8 at a time), including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Demonstrated experience with projects valued between $50K and $250K.
Proficient in MS Projects and MS Office suite for project scheduling and reporting
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, clients, subcontractors, and employees

• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Superior written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders

Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
