Contract Administrative Support – Wealth Management Office

Compensation: $20/hour, paid weekly

We are seeking a reliable Contract Administrative Support professional to join our wealth management office on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible, short-term contract work and is not seeking full-time permanent employment.

This position is perfect for someone who values flexibility and wants occasional contract work in a professional office setting.

Answer phone calls, and take messages when necessary.

• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Handle inquiries from clients, and customers professionally.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office ( Outlook, Excel etc.)
• Customer-focused attitude.
