Recruitment Specialist (H/F) (Human Resources)

Job Summary Olive Fertility Centre, part of The Fertility Partners network, is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition on a contract basis for a minimum of six (6) months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. This role will support recruitment across a range of clinical positions and may be performed remotely.

The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with hiring managers, and support timely and effective hiring outcomes. Experience recruiting within healthcare or other regulated environments is considered an asset; however, candidates with strong recruitment experience in other industries are encouraged to apply.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination with the on-site HR Generalists
Collaborate with on-site HR Generalists to facilitate offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment requirements
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking metrics
Ensure recruitment activities align with internal policies and applicable employment standards
Provide recruitment insights and recommendations to support ongoing hiring needs

Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practices
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common sourcing tools
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 4–5 years of progressive experience in a recruiter or talent acquisition role, managing full-cycle recruitment
Experience recruiting in healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments is an asset
