This position will support water quality monitoring programs through field and technical work. This role involves collecting accurate water quality samples and environmental data from rivers and lakes in accordance with established procedures and best practices.
The position also includes processing and analyzing water quality data and preparing technical reports, charts, and graphs. The successful candidate will assist with water quality investigations, support staff training on sampling methods and equipment use, and participate in meetings, training, and other program-related activities as required.
The successful candidate will have a diploma in Intergrated Resource Management or a similar technical discipline.
This role is subject to a satisfactory criminal record check.
