Construction and Maintenance Electrician

Cariboo Pulp is currently recruiting for an Electrician.

Reporting to the E&I Supervisor, you will be a key player in the company-wide continuous improvement effort through daily use of troubleshooting, and predictive, preventive maintenance strategies.

Trouble shooting, repair and new installations of electrical equipment

Ensure consistent operation of all electrical equipment within the pulp mill

Verify and document repairs

Mechanical and electrical knowledge and aptitude

Excellent interpersonal and team building skills

Willing to work flexible work schedule

Considered An Asset

GE and Allen-Bradley PLC experience

Previous experience in a flexible multi-skilled work environment

The hourly pay rate for this position will follow the collective agreement between Unifor 1115 and Cariboo Pulp Ltd. Outstanding benefits package including medical, dental, pension, life insurance, disability, accident insurance, vacation, and holidays.
