Customer Success Manager
Ekwa Marketing focuses on innovation and impactful solutions in healthcare digital marketing. Collaborating closely with clients and the implementation team to create and communicate personalized success plans that align with their objectives and our solutions.
Managing the health of your book of business by regularly assessing and analyzing client account health/satisfaction and progress against success plans, proactively intervening for improvement as needed
A love for building relationships and digging deep to understand customers' needs and challenges
Empathetic and patient approach with a customer-centric mindset
Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple client accounts and responsibilities
Post-secondary education (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role
Background in online marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) is highly desirable.
Work From Home: This is a remote-work-first role. However, you are expected to meet with senior management on a recurring basis.
