The Part-Time Charge Bookkeeper is responsible for recording timely and accurate financial transactions for Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Account Reconciliations and Financials Statements.
Daily Customer Invoicing
Account collections and customer service
Vendor management including credit cards, insurance, facilities and supply houses
Contract management, setup and monthly billing
Independent contractor management, setup, and monthly payments
Ensure accuracy of financial records – reconciling all balance sheet accounts monthly.
Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements (ie sales tax)
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

Minimum 3 years in a bookkeeping, accounting or related role
Basic understanding and application of basic accounting rules
Proficient in MS Business Central (or a strong willingness to learn - training provided) accounting software
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred...
