Job Responsibility:
**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Stage Manager to join our team. As a Stage Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of performances and events. We are building a Dinner Theatre on the North Side of Isle Lake, Alberta.
**Duties:**
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of stage production
- Manage rehearsals and performance schedules
- Communicate effectively with directors, cast, and crew
- Ensure props, sets, and costumes are ready for each performance
- Maintain the prompt book and cue sheets
- Supervise the backstage crew during shows
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during performances
**Skills:**
- Strong public speaking abilities
- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with team members
- Excellent written communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
