Bachelors Masters or PhD in a quantitative discipline from a top academic program (Data Science Mathematics Economics Natural Sciences Statistics Computer Science Engineering etc.)
Data-driven mindset and proficiency with numbers paired with the ability to explain sophisticated data science concepts in an understandable manner to clients and colleagues
Ideally programming skills in Python or R but more importantly an eagerness to continuously extend your knowledge of technologies
Strong commitment to teamwork and resilience in a creative and constantly changing environment
Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
Interest and experience in private equity and private markets is a plus
