The Center of Excellence in Application Performance Testing supports the evolution of quality assurance practices to deliver high-performance, resilient, and reliable solutions at scale.
As a Specialist, you will guide development teams in integrating performance, load, and resilience testing throughout the software development lifecycle, including within CI/CD pipelines.
You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of application quality practices, tools, and standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Guide development teams in adopting quality assurance best practices related to performance, load, and resilience, integrated into the DevOps cycle and CI/CD pipelines.
Design, plan, and execute performance and load tests; analyze results; and ensure the production of quality deliverables.
Collaborate with teams to integrate automated performance tests into CI/CD pipelines and support the continuous improvement of application quality.
Advise teams on strategies, tools, and technological approaches aimed at enhancing application stability, performance, and observability.
Contribute to the definition, evolution, and dissemination of standards, frameworks, and practices regarding application performance testing.
Requirements
Desired Profile / Key Knowledge
Experience with load and performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, Gatling, JMeter).
Experience with application monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace).
Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps environments, as well as test automation.
Knowledge of the Java programming language (an asset).
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and act as a subject matter expert/advisor.
