Overview Tenstorrent is hiring Call Center Agents to support customers over the phone. In this role, you will answer incoming calls, assist customers with questions, and help resolve basic issues.
This is a fully work-from-home position. No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls
Provide clear and helpful information
Assist customers with basic issues and requests
Handle a high volume of calls professionally
Record customer interactions in company systems
Follow company guidelines and procedures
Escalate complex issues when needed
Maintain a friendly and professional tone
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing, email, systems)
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Stable internet connection
