ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
~ Grade 12 Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE
~ Two (2) years’ related receptionist/office experience, including data entry and answering a multi-line phone system.SPECIFIC SKILLS
Municipal/government and cash experience will be considered an asset. Demonstrated ability to prepare and maintain accurate and complete documents, forms, and records. Good working knowledge of general office equipment and Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to exercise considerable tact, courtesy, and diplomacy when dealing with members of the public and staff. High degree of initiative and sound judgement. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
