Bayfield Ford Lincoln is looking to add two experienced Sales Representative to their team in Barrie.
Our Sales Representative are responsible for selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles and creating lasting relationships with customers.
The Sales Representative will walk customers through the sales process, including conducting test drives, reviewing vehicle prices and educating customers on vehicle inventory.

Pay: Commission-based ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 a year - potential to earn more based on performance .

Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale.
Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
Complete sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services.
Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
Previous automotive sales experience.
Familiarity with the Ford brand is an asset.
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
