Shannon's Irish Pub and Eatery Inc. in Winnipeg, MB is now hiring a part time Server Supervisor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills required in assisting and providing the highest customer service. Supporting the needs of the business and fulfilling expectations from management. Quarterly meetings to help maintain standards.
Dealing with customer complaints in a positive manner.
- Communicating and leading floor staff to continue creating a strong team, consistently delivering excellence in customer service.
- Following direction from floor manager on assigned tasks.
- Following established safe work policies and practices.
- Following Shannon's Irish Pub and Eatery Inc. policies and procedures.
- Meeting the established attendance and shift expectations.
- Meeting the productivity performance expectations and taking accountability for actions.
- Smart Choices/Serving safe certificate required.
- Fun, energetic, and able to manage a quick-changing atmosphere from daytime to evening.
