Retail Visual Merchandising Associate

Interested in working with plants and flowers? We are currently seeking a permanent, casual/part-time visual merchandiser with a vehicle to service stores in both the Moncton and Fredericton areas.

We service several big box retailers by merchandising plants in their indoor and outdoor garden centres.

Merchandisers are responsible for the care and presentation of the live goods in the local retail stores (both Moncton and Fredericton)

Responsible for completing online reports (including pictures) through a free mobile app.

Merchandisers are responsible for the visual display and integrity of our products as well as pricing and inventory management.

A friendly presence is required for the position as you will be expected to establish positive relationships with garden centre staff and customers.

Personal vehicle to commute between locations

Smart phone required, regular usage (email/phone/photos,etc.)

Safety-toed shoes or boots required (steel or composite) for duration of shift

Hours: Part-Time, permanent role

Normally weekday daytime hours

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required during busy spring season

Someone with garden centre or landscaping experience, seasonal retail or general labour experience.

Have an interest in plants, flowers, trees, horticulture, landscape, arboriculture, retail, floral design, agriculture, environmental studies.
