Cultural activities leader

Teen Ranch programs run year-round. Our Camp Staff are crucial to our program and fill many roles. This position requires flexibility as you will be trained and scheduled to work in several areas. This is not an exhaustive list, but you will be expected to help in any area needed and work to get the job done. Kitchen

Usually a 2 to 2.5 hour shift for each meal.

Food preparation, as needed

Maintain proper hygiene and follow all safe food handling guidelines

During summer camp: campers and staff

no guest groups: weekday staff lunches

Housekeeping

Clean Teen Ranch facilities: bunk rooms, washrooms, hotel rooms, suites, and common areas

Refill supplies and let our housekeeping supervisor know if anything is running low

facilities maintenance including taking out garbage, plunging toilets, changing light bulbs, painting, etc.

Host and run activities for booked groups, retreats, and day camps as needed

Communicate the dietary needs of the group to the kitchen

Report damaged equipment to the Camp Director

You will be trained and set up for success in each work area in which you are placed so that together we can serve God with excellence.

Teen Ranch onsite room rental is available to those who are interested/approved.
