We are currently looking for a commercial sales assistant to support for the sales team to help their ever-growing organization in Dorval. This company puts a high focus on their customers throughout the Canadian market. They are one of the leader in the industry in industrial equipment. Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PMor 8:30AM-5PM
Medical, Dental benefits
Salary 45,000$-55,000$ + Company performance Bonus
3 weeks vacation (1 week closed at Christmas) (must take vacation during construction holiday)
Gym on site
Support to sales representatives with their territories:
Order entry for some reps;
Internal management of certain accounts for the Technical Product Manager;
Internal management of accounts and territory with a sales budget;
Social media
Creating various administrative reports that support each sales rep.
Keeping track of all sales records and inputting them in the system

Experience in administrative support
Experience in distribution - An asset
Experience in the wire & cable industry - An asset
Bilingual (English and French) (Spoken/Written)
Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpointe, One Note)
