As a Refrigeration Mechanic class 1, your main missions for building maintenance in Montréal will be:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems and rooftop units.

Coordinate technical interventions with specialized suppliers to ensure facility performance.

Rigorously update technical logs and maintenance management software.

Interpret technical plans and diagrams while strictly adhering to health and safety standards.

The refrigeration mechanic class 1 position requires the following skills:

• hold a valid refrigeration mechanic class one competency certificate for Quebec.
• possess a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in industrial or commercial refrigeration.
• have a valid training or certificate in gas appliance techniques (an asset).
• ability to communicate in french and english.
