Responsibilities Reporting to the Controller, your role will be to coordinate, support, and carry out a variety of accounting activities.
Coordinate and support the work of the accounting team (3 employees);
Participate in the processing of accounts payable;
Prepare group billing and ensure follow-up on accounts receivable;
Review, verify, and approve payroll;
Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations;
Perform account analyses and prepare financial reports;
Actively contribute to other ad hoc or recurring financial projects as needed.
Diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
Experience in the hospitality and food & beverage industry is considered an asset;
Demonstrated proficiency with information technology systems;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and standard accounting software;
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Permanent full-time position (40 hours per week);
