Provide direct nursing care to residents including medication administration wound care and monitoring vital signs.
Implement and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Supervise and provide guidance to care aides.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Valid registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in British Columbia.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
