The Accelerate program offers unique rotations within areas such as Commercial Distribution, Roynat Capital, Global Risk Management, Real Estate Banking, Payments and Cash Management, and Agriculture Banking. You will have a dedicated Senior Program Manager who provides individual mentorship, coaching, and development to facilitate a smooth transition through various rotations. The ability to conduct an effective and detailed analysis, deal structuring, credit adjudication, and presentation of complex credit proposals, catering to both borrowing and non-borrowing clients.
Awareness of sophisticated techniques and tools to help identify client business needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
Advanced understanding of Bank lending policies and procedures, financial analysis, risk assessment techniques, collateral and security documentation and registration, collection, related legislation, and accounting practices.
In-depth knowledge of the Bank’s operating policies and procedures and understanding of how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

An undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting completed between Fall 2024-Spring 2026.
A genuine interest and passion for Commercial Banking.
Dedication to accuracy, a customer-focused approach, and a results-oriented mindset.
High level of financial literacy with an understanding of financial statements, credit terms, conditions, and sales.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

In addition to French, the successful candidate must also have sufficient knowledge of English, as the work involves interacting and collaborating regularly with groups and individuals based in Toronto, as well as constantly interacting with other people, including clients, who speak English, locally and elsewhere.
