Head of Programme Management

The Head of Program Management will lead the strategic planning and execution of CIGAM enterprise-wide programs within a highly regulated financial services environment. This role ensures that all initiatives align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks. The position demands strong leadership, deep understanding of financial services operations, and expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs. Drive transformation initiatives that support growth, operational efficiency, and digital innovation.

Champion adoption of Agile and hybrid delivery models.

Lead large-scale programs across areas such as regulatory compliance, risk management, technology modernization, mergers and acquisitions, and customer experience.

Monitor program performance, financial impact, and risk exposure; Regulatory & Risk Management

Partner with Infrastructure, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to embed controls and mitigate operational risks.

Stakeholder Management

Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders.

Build and lead a high-performing program management office (PMO) with strong financial services expertise.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex programs in banking, insurance, or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and emerging financial technologies.
