Payroll Reconciliation Analyst

Payroll, Benefits and Pension SpecialistRegular Full TimeDuties: Reporting to the Manager of Payroll and Benefits, this position is responsible for payroll, benefits and pension administration, advisory services to employees, business process and technological innovation and record management, ensuring compliance with a variety of legislative requirements, benefit plans, pension plans and collective agreements.Qualifications: Qualifications include a post-secondary diploma or certificate in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation is considered an asset. Experience in payroll, accounting, human resources, or a related field is preferred, ideally in a large and/or unionized environment.Candidates should have strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with spreadsheets, data analysis, and reporting.
