Parts Manager (H/F)

Jim Thompson Chrysler is looking for a Parts Manager!

The Parts Manager is the leader of the Parts Team, and their primary objective is to motivate, encourage, and inspire their team and parts department. The Parts Manager is responsible for deeply understanding customer needs and should be able to provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction to all customers, both internal and external.

Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and exceed their expectations.

Maintain proper parts inventory levels.

Prepare an annual operating budget, goals, and objectives for the Parts Department and monitor the department's performance.

Responsible for onboarding, training, and development of Parts Department.

Create and maintain a positive relationship with customers and focus on problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

Work directly with warranty clerks to administer warranty claims, as well as understand and apply warranty guidelines.

Report performance goals and achievements regularly.

Perform assigned duties safely and responsibly that do not expose yourself or other employees to unnecessary risk of injury.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, automotive management, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and vehicle systems.

Proficient in using dealership management software and other relevant computer applications.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions.

Salary starting at $50, 000/annually plus bonus

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 7:00 to 5:00pm
